These terms govern use of bienders.click and the 3D modeling services of Bienders, based at 1201 2nd Ave, Suite 1500, Seattle, WA 98101.

1. What we do

Bienders provides 3D modeling services for products, characters, architecture and 3D printing. We deliver digital files; we do not manufacture physical products and do not provide engineering certification of any kind.

2. Project terms

Projects are quoted flat after reviewing references. Scope, deliverables, formats and revision counts are fixed in the project agreement before work starts. Additional changes beyond scope are quoted separately.

3. Liability

Models are delivered "as is" against the agreed brief. We are not liable for downstream use, third-party engine compatibility beyond agreed specs, or printing outcomes. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project.
